Deciana Subono

Deciana Subono has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Deciana began their career as an HR Coordinator at PT KAHARDJAJA, where they worked until 1999. Deciana then took on the role of Office Manager at KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono (Nexia KPS) from 2000 to 2002. After that, they worked as an HR Manager at AndrewTani & Co. for two years.

In 2004, Deciana joined Initiative as the HRD Group Head, a position they held for over seven years. Deciana then moved on to NAVA+ Group in 2011, where they took on multiple roles, including Associate HR Director and HR & GA Director.

Deciana joined Dentsu in 2014 as the Group Human Resources Director for a brief period. Deciana then transitioned to Dentsu Aegis Network, where they served as the Country Talent Management Director until September 2018.

Their most recent role is as the Executive Human Capital Director at NAVA+ Group, a position they have held since October 2018. With their extensive experience and expertise in HR management and talent development, Deciana has proven to be a valuable asset in various organizations throughout their career.

Deciana Subono attended St Mary's CE Secondary School in Hendon, London, UK, from 1974 to 1977, where they completed their high school education. Then they pursued a Secretarial program at Padworth's College in Reading, Berkshire, UK, from 1977 to 1979.
