Ana Elsa Huerta Hernández

Ana Elsa Huerta Hernández, PhD, is currently a Research Assistant in the Oncobiona group at Navarrabiomed since October 2022 and has been an Assistant Professor in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Universidad Isabel I since January 2018. With extensive experience in research and education, Ana has supervised Degree Final Projects for over 20 students and has contributed to various public health projects, including work with the Public Health Institute of Navarra. Ana’s academic background includes a PhD in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Navarra, complemented by a European Master in Food Science, Nutrition, and Metabolism. Research contributions include multiple publications in high impact journals and collaborative projects in international settings focused on nutrition and dietary science.
