Andrew Levine

Andrew Levine has extensive work experience in civil engineering and land planning. Andrew is currently serving as the Director of Site Planning/Civil Engineering and Director of Land Planning/Civil Engineering at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Manager at Barry Isett & Associates from May 2019 onwards. From November 2011 to May 2019, they served as a Project Manager at RETTEW Associates, Inc. and also held the role of Sr. Engineer from August 2010 to March 2012. Andrew began their career as a Project Engineer at ARRO in April 2003, where they worked until March 2010.

Andrew Levine earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Andrew attended the university from 1984 to 1993.
