Janet Wazeter

Janet Wazeter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Janet currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Carlisle Construction Materials, where they held two roles. As the Business Unit HR Manager, they provided HR leadership and support for the largest business unit, overseeing six manufacturing plants and 1,300+ employees. As the Regional HR Manager, East Region, they led a team of 9 HR professionals and provided HR expertise, guidance, and support to 14 East Coast operations sites with 1,000+ employees.

Prior to that, Janet worked at TE Connectivity from 2001 to 2018. During their time there, they held various roles including Global Human Resources Manager, where they managed M&A activities and led teams in assessing target acquisitions. Janet also served as a Business Partner for global Engineering, global Sales, and Americas Operations, overseeing a $700M business unit with 7,500 employees. Additionally, they acted as the Global Human Resources Manager for the technology and marketing functions of Consumer and Industrial Solutions, a $4.3B business segment. Janet also worked as a Sr Global Compensation Partner, Global Compliance Project Manager, and Sr Human Resources Advisor during their tenure at TE Connectivity.

Janet Wazeter has a Masters degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Janet also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, with a concentration in Social Science - Multidisciplinary in the areas of English, Economics, and Psychology. Additionally, Janet studied English Literature at the Roehampton Institute in London, UK.
