Luke Smirga

Luke Smirga has worked as a Geotechnical Engineering Designer at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this, in 2019, they were a Surveying Intern at the Philadelphia Streets Dept, where their responsibilities included transporting survey equipment and site plans, operating traditional and reflectorless transits to establish property boundaries, and using a level to determine street elevations. Before that, in 2017, Luke worked as a Surveying Assistant at John Smirga and Associates.

Luke Smirga attended Temple University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. In September 2020, they also became an Engineer In Training through the NCEES. Additionally, in September 2021, Luke obtained a certification as a Certified Drilling Inspector from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).
