Mahdi Jafari

Mahdi Jafari has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Mahdi worked as a trainee at the United Nations in 2004. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Backoffice Manager at Yeah! Marketing GmbH. Then, they worked as a Procurement & Process Manager at Austrian Lotteries from 2011 to 2015. In 2017, they joined Internorm as a Data Analyst & Process Manager. Mahdi then interned as a Data Analyst at KPMG Austria from 2018 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Phoenix Arzneiwarengroßhandlung Gmbh, where they held various roles, including Business Data Analyst, Data & Process Manager, Data Analyst, and Controlling Data Analyst. Currently, they are working at NAVAX Customer Experience, starting as a BI Consultant from 2020 to 2021, then as a BI Managing Architect from 2022 to 2023, and currently serving as a Product Owner AI.

Mahdi Jafari pursued their education in various fields. In 2004-2008, they attended the Technische Universität Wien, where they studied Informatik & Softwareengineering. Later, in 2012-2013, they became a diplomierter Einkäufer at ÖPWZ, specializing in Einkauf, Beschaffung/Akquisitonen und Vertragsverwaltung. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Prozessmanagement from Procon Unternehmensberatung GmbH. Moreover, from 2014 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Management-Informationssysteme, allgemein at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Additionally, Mahdi holds several certifications in various fields, notably in database design, writing functions and stored procedures in SQL Server, creating PostgreSQL databases, data manipulation with pandas, introduction to relational databases in SQL, introduction to deep learning with Keras, regular expressions in Python, writing functions in Python, intermediate importing data in Python, introduction to deep learning in Python, machine learning for everyone, cloud computing for everyone, introduction to data science in Python, Python data science toolbox (Part 2), Python fundamentals, financial forecasting in Python, intermediate Python, introduction to Python, Python data science toolbox (Part 1), and time series analysis in SQL Server.
