Prior to joining Navegar, Monique was a Senior Analyst at Seawood Resources, a Philippine-based private equity firm focused on growth capital investments.

Monique graduated with a B.S. in Accountancy (Cum Laude) from De La Salle University and holds a Certified Public Accountant license.
