Amy Burkholder is the Director of Customer Success at Navegate. Amy has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources.

Amy began their career in Human Resources as a HR Generalist with Tech Data in February 2008. Amy was responsible for supporting the HR Director with various tasks involving HR administration, performance evaluations, and recruiting. Amy was with Tech Data for two months before taking on a role as a Human Resources Generalist with Corporate Services.

As a Human Resources Generalist with Corporate Services, Amy was responsible for recruiting all levels of staff, benefits administration, and conducting on-site safety training and inspections. Amy was with Corporate Services for three years before being promoted to Human Resources Manager at Topp Industries, Inc.

As the Human Resources Manager at Topp Industries, Amy was responsible for managing the HR department for the corporate main office and off-site facility. Amy oversaw all aspects of recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations. During their time at Topp Industries, Amy successfully implemented a time and attendance software program to automate payroll processing and reduce unemployment claims.

Amy has been with Navegate for four years and in their current role as Director of Customer Success, they are responsible for leading a team of customer success managers who are responsible for onboarding, training, and support for new and existing customers.

Amy Burkholder has a bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Management from Purdue University.

Their manager is Nathan Dey, CEO & Chairman. Amy Burkholder works with Philip Connolly - Chief Financial Officer, Jason Olson - VP of Platform Sales, and Joe Pelletier - President.
