Iñigo Mato

Iñigo Mato has a wealth of experience in the software engineering industry. Iñigo began their career in 2009 as a Teacher of Technical Drawing and Computing at Torrevelo School in Cantabria. In 2010, they worked as an Intern Engineer at Alstom and a Research and Development Engineer at the Institute of Technological Research. In 2012, they joined Kuapay LLC as a Software Engineer, developing a mobile payment iOS branded application. In 2014, they worked as an Online Content Manager at Amazon, followed by a role as an iOS Developer at Media inMotion (formerly AeroFi) in 2015. In 2016, they joined Navenio Ltd as an iOS Developer, where they created an SDK, demos, and internal tools. In 2018, they moved to Kindred Group plc as an iOS Developer Team Lead, where they designed, implemented, tested, and deployed iOS frameworks. Since 2021, they have been an iOS Developer Team Lead at Navenio Ltd.

Iñigo Mato began their educational journey in 1991 at St.Michael's School, where they obtained an A Levels equivalent with a Scientific Baccalaureat. In 2006, they graduated from Universidad Pontificia Comillas with an MEng Electromechanical Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. From 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Mobile Robotic Systems from the same institution. In 2010, they completed an MEng Electromechanical Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers. In 2020, they obtained an iOS Automation Testing certification from NobleProg.
