Shabnam Jafarkhani has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. shabnam began their career as a Full Stack Engineer for Shargh Raya. In 2009, they moved to Endowments and Charities Company, where they held the same role. In 2010, they became a Full Stack Developer for Khorasan Razavi Province Water Company. In 2015, they were a Project Manager and Senior Full Stack Web Developer for Non-Governmental Research and Technology Fund of Khorasan. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as a Project Manager and Full Stack Developer for Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. In 2021, they began their current role as a Senior Front-end Engineer for Navenio Ltd.

Shabnam Jafarkhani obtained a Master's degree in IT management from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University of Mashhad between 2001 and 2005.
