Sini Ninkovic is an experienced technical program manager currently serving as the Staff Technical Program Manager for Generative AI at BetterUp since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing significant AI initiatives. Previously, Sini authored a best-selling personal development book and led product strategy at Human - Professional Growth That Works. Earlier experiences include managing global product launches at Apple and product development for Lucid Motors. Sini's career also includes strategic roles at McKinsey & Company and BMW Group, focusing on enhancing supply chain operations and launching electric vehicle programs. Sini holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a dual degree in Behavioral Economics from Universität Innsbruck, and completed a Full-Stack Developer program at Le Wagon.
