Jihae Joung has extensive experience in service operations and project management within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Lead of Service Operations at Naver Z (ZEPETO) since May 2020, Jihae previously held project management roles at SNOW Corporation and LINE Corp from April 2017 to May 2020 and August 2014 to April 2017, respectively. Earlier experience includes the position of Product Manager at wit studio, where Jihae managed Assistor, and a planning role at CH2HO, overseeing a Startup Program. Jihae's career began at Unione I&M, serving as a planner and project leader. Jihae holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Incheon National University and an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Dongyang Mirae University.
