Sunggun Jung

Sunggun Jung is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development, database technology, and platform security. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at NAVER Corp since April 2022, Sunggun contributes to ClovaNote as a backend engineer. Prior to this role, Sunggun spent over five years at SAP Labs Korea, leading development for the HANA database within the DML team. Sunggun's career also includes significant contributions at SK Telecom, Samsung Electronics, and the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, working on various projects such as personal cloud services, healthcare applications, and cloud computing research. Academically, Sunggun earned a Master's degree in Software from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Soongsil University.
