Woosung Park

Woosung Park currently serves as a Board Member of the Risk Management Working Group and Head of Forward Lab at NAVER Corp, focusing on enhancing competitive customer experiences and establishing core UX policies. With previous leadership roles at Samsung Electronics, including Head of CX Strategy and Mobile UX Innovation, Woosung Park significantly contributed to the Galaxy experience and the development of IoT product strategies. Earlier experience includes consulting at The Boston Consulting Group, where strategic initiatives were undertaken for leading Korean firms, and design work at INNO DESIGN, where product strategies were developed for various notable clients. Woosung Park holds a Master of Science in Design Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
