Dawn Jaglowski

Dawn Jaglowski has a diverse work experience, starting in 1990 as a Technical Writer/Technical Trainer at Convergys. From there, they held various roles at the company, including Sales Engineer, Project Manager, Information Systems Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. Dawn later became a Product Manager at Convergys, before transitioning to IBM in 2012, where they continued as a Product Manager until 2017. After that, they joined Superion as a Product Manager for a year. In 2019, they moved to Alliance Safety Council as a Senior Product Manager, and in 2020, they joined NAVEX as a Product Manager. At NAVEX, they progressed to the roles of Associate Director of Product, Hotline Incident Management, and currently serves as the Director of Product Management.

Dawn Jaglowski holds an MBA in Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Dawn also has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida, earned from 1982 to 1987. In addition, they have additional certifications in Scrum, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), obtained in October 2019.
