Ian M.

Ian M. has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Training Advisor at Global Knowledge Training, where they were responsible for managing accounts and achieving sales targets. In 2013, they joined NAVEX Global as a Senior Client Care Specialist. Ian continued to progress within the company, holding various roles including Operations Manager - Client Liaison, Senior Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. In 2019, Ian became the Senior Director of Operations and later the Senior Director of Acquisition Integration. Most recently, they assumed the role of Vice President of Operations in April 2021. At NAVEX Global, Ian was involved in administering software and services solutions in the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) space, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and facilitating the sales process. Ian has consistently demonstrated their skills and expertise throughout their career.

Ian M. completed a High Performance Leadership Program at Vista Equity Partners in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Regis University between 2010 and 2012. Ian'sundergraduate education was at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication/Business from 2000 to 2004. Ian M. also holds additional certifications, including being a graduate of the Vista Equity Partners and Vista Consulting Group High Potential Leadership Program, and obtaining an Executive Leadership Certificate from Regis University in 2012.
