Gina Chambers

As VP of Operations, Gina is responsible for Seek Thermal’s operational excellence and delivering reliable, high-quality thermal imaging products at scale. Gina brings more than 20 years of results-driven executive leadership experience to Seek Thermal with a proven track record of transforming organizations for scalability and growth. Her impressive experience is rooted in a passion for building and inspiring teams to achieve their greatest potential. Gina’s passion for the business, the employees, and the customer is a key ingredient in her recipe for success.

Prior to joining Seek Thermal, Gina held VP of Operations roles at Crimson Trace, Timbercon, iMove and Rantec Power Systems in fields ranging from video surveillance, firearms accessories, power to fiberoptics and medical devices.

Gina is originally from Illinois and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
