Madelaine Au

Madelaine Au is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations, project management, and customer relations. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at NAVEX since May 2023, Madelaine also founded and directs the Eugene Tea Festival, successfully launching its inaugural event in 2023 with over 500 attendees and securing eight sponsorships. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Young Mountain Tea, where Madelaine managed product launches and developed quality control protocols, and Large Parcel Support Associate at Wayfair, where Madelaine specialized in supply chain communication. Madelaine's expertise extends to marketing and social media, having built brand recognition for Oregon Tea Traders, alongside experience in customer service and career advising gained through various positions in retail and academic settings. Madelaine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Willamette University, supplemented by a study abroad program in Spain.
