Pavan Muthanna is a skilled Facilitator and Coach at Navgati since July 2023, previously having founded Crankmeister Bicycle Works where they created a playbook for top-notch mechanical work on high-end bikes in India. With experience as Head of Retail Operations and Projects at Indus League Clothing Ltd from April 2004 to June 2010, they drove sales through operational improvements and market expansion. Their education includes a degree in Pro Mechanic from United Bicycle Institute in Portland, Oregon, and training from NOLS.
