Jeff Jacobson CPCC, PCC

Jeff Jacobson CPCC, PCC has extensive work experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Jeff is currently working as a Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach at The Trium Group, a boutique firm that specializes in providing coaching and consulting services to large organizations. At The Trium Group, Jeff integrates state-of-the-art coaching techniques, systems thinking, high-performance training, and neuroscience developments to facilitate rapid and sustainable change for leaders and teams. Prior to joining The Trium Group, Jeff held various leadership roles at the Co-Active Training Institute, including Core Leader and Leadership Leader. Jeff also worked as a Personal and Professional Coach at the institute, where they started their career in 1997.

Jeff Jacobson CPCC, PCC received their B.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Puget Sound in 1991. Following this, they attended The Coaches Training Institute from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained their CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) degree. In May 2019, Jeff also completed the Dare to Lead training program offered by Dare to Lead™.
