Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Steve is currently the Director of Operations at Navi Nurses, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, Steve founded and served as the CEO of SteveZT, LLC, a strategic operations firm that supported entrepreneurs and companies in building sustainable businesses. Steve was also a Lecturer at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, where they taught courses on entrepreneurship and marketing.

Steve has been involved in the startup ecosystem as a Venture Mentor at Coplex, providing guidance to industry expert founders in developing their tech companies. Steve was also a Co-Founder of Neon, a digital signage software platform.

Before their involvement in startups, Steve gained valuable experience at Uber, where they held the position of General Manager - Phoenix. During their time there, they oversaw operations, product launches, and regulatory compliance across multiple states and cities.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Tallwave, a venture accelerator, where they served as the Director of Venture Services and played a key role in supporting early-stage companies. Steve also worked as a Leadership Mentor and Business Development Consultant independently.

Steve's career began at Global Crossing, where they worked as a Product Development Specialist, contributing to strategic planning, financial analysis, and product lifecycle management.

In addition to their professional roles, Steve has been involved in entrepreneurship education and has received grants and recognition for their ventures, including Textfinity, Inc., where they co-founded the company and served as CEO.

Steve Thompson attended Arizona State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
