Mohit Kumar Gupta

Mohit Kumar Gupta is an experienced professional in strategy and operations, currently serving at Navi since May 2024. Prior to this role, Mohit worked at ITC Limited from July 2021 to May 2024, where key positions included Manager Operations, overseeing a team of over 250 employees, and Manager Process Excellence, focused on driving improvements across 10 manufacturing facilities. Earlier, as Assistant Manager, Mohit identified risks in the manufacturing value chain and executed mitigation plans.
