Navya Shaji

Navya Shaji is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy and business operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Manager in Strategy & Business Operations for Tele Collections and Health Insurance Claims at Navi since February 2024, Navya previously held the position of Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group from May 2022 to February 2024, focusing on growth strategy and digital transformation projects. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Navya was actively involved as Alumni Secretary, where significant initiatives included launching an alumni portal and revamping social media engagement. Navya also gained experience at Mastercard as a Consultant intern, successfully securing a full-time offer, and at ExxonMobil as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer, where efforts in maintenance strategies led to substantial cost savings. Educational credentials include an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a BTech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
