Rehant Singh

Rehant Singh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Manager II - HR and City HR Head (Cluster HRBP) at Navi since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rehant worked at Sterlite Power as an HR Business Partner and Management Trainee - HR. Rehant has a strong background in HR management demonstrated through multiple internships and leadership roles, including designing a 360-degree feedback tool at Aon, developing a hiring playbook at Godrej Agrovet Limited, and implementing change management models at HPCL. Rehant holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
