Sugandha Sharma

Sugandha Sharma has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Sugandha is currently employed as the Head of Tele Collections at Navi since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Customer Service at Navi from February 2019 to January 2023. Before joining Navi, Sugandha worked at DHFL General Insurance Limited as the Head of Operations and Customer Experience, where they were responsible for achieving customer retention targets and optimizing call center processes. Sugandha also worked at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited as the Deputy Vice President from May 2017 to November 2018. Starting their career at Tata AIG in 2002, Sugandha held the position of Manager from 2002 to 2008 and later as a Senior Manager from 2010 to 2015.

Sugandha Sharma completed their postgraduate degree in Insurance at Amity University from 2001 to 2002.
