Dorte Lise Andersen is a highly experienced professional with a background in HR, lean management, change management, and project leadership. Dorte Lise has held various roles in companies such as Naviair, Banedanmark, ATP, TDC, Novo Nordisk A/S, De Gule Sider A/S, Skovskolen, and Høj- og Efterskole. With a Master's degree in Horticulture from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, and additional education in Media and Communication from Roskilde University, Dorte has a strong foundation for their diverse career. As a HR-forretningsudvikler, HR-partner, Lean Consultant, Change Management specialist, and Project leader, Dorte has proven their expertise in driving business growth and optimizing processes.
Naviair
Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
