Dorthe Sahner is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in organizational development and leadership support across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Forretningsudvikler/Partner at Naviair since November 2021, Dorthe has previously held significant roles such as Chefkonsulent in HR and Organisation at Skattestyrelsen, where responsibilities included developing leadership initiatives and coordinating workplace measurements. Dorthe's extensive experience also encompasses HR development consultancy at organizations including Hvidovre Kommune, Rigspolitiet, and DI - Dansk Industri, focusing on leadership coaching, competency development, and strategic initiatives. Dorthe holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Naviair
Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
