Jesper Stibolt Holmgaard has extensive experience in SAP HR consultancy, currently serving as an In-House Consultant at Naviair since February 2010, responsible for the administration of SAP HR installations. Previous roles include SAP HR Consultant at 2BM A/S and Arinso, where Jesper Stibolt Holmgaard acted as Test Manager for a significant project in Stockholm. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Post Danmark from August 1996 to August 2007, where responsibilities encompassed Lean Enterprise, SAP R/3, and management of distribution operations. Education includes studies at Skive EDB Skole and Struer Gymnasium.
Naviair
Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
