Naviair
Peter Windum is an experienced manager and project leader currently serving as Manager Project Roadmap and Engineering at Naviair, where responsibilities include overseeing project engineer experts in the ATM Projects and Engineering department. Windum has managed several significant projects, including relocating air traffic control from Kangerlussuaq to Nuuk, renovations at the AAL control tower, and various projects enhancing operational and security systems. Additionally, Windum holds the title of Captain in the Royal Danish Lifeguards and has previously contributed to the Danish Ministry of Defence's DeMars Project as a project manager. Education includes advanced training from the Royal Danish Defence College, certification from SAP Nordic Academy, and a degree from Copenhagen University College of Engineering.

Naviair
Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
