Thomas Rybak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in air traffic control and business development. Currently, Thomas serves as the Director at TakeCHARGE PRO ApS and holds the position of Co-Founder at both Hessel Power ApS and TakeCHARGE ApS. Additionally, Thomas continues to work as an Air Traffic Controller with Naviair and previously managed air traffic at Dubai International Airport. Thomas's career includes roles as a Training Instructor, Systems Development Specialist, and Course Supervisor with Naviair, as well as owning Rybak IT, which provided website design and hosting services. Military experience includes service as a Sergeant in both the Royal Danish Airforce and Royal Danish Army. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and formal training as an Air Traffic Controller from Naviair.
Naviair
Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
