Dmitry Stepanchuk

Dmitry Stepanchuk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dmitry began their career as a Specialist in training and advisory at the Belarusian State Academy of Communications in 2016. Dmitry then worked as a Leading specialist of information search engines at Minsk city archive in 2017. In 2018, they served as a Platoon commander and Officer in the Belarus Armed Forces. Dmitry then transitioned to a Sales manager role at Sberbank in 2019 and later worked as a Chief specialist at the Minsk city administration in 2020. In 2021, Dmitry worked as a Business Development manager at Techsane, where they managed clients and developed customized solutions for telecom operators. Dmitry then joined QSOFT in 2022 as a Web Project Manager, overseeing communication with clients and leading major web development projects. Currently, they are serving as a BI Project Manager at Navicon, where they are responsible for managing projects in business intelligence.

Dmitry Stepanchuk began their education in 2012 at the Belarusian State University, where they pursued a Specialist degree in Historian Lecturer in Social Sciences and Humanities. Dmitry attended this university until 2017. In 2014, Dmitry briefly attended the Russian State Social University for a Professional Retraining program in Legal support of the enterprise. During the same period, they continued their education at the Belarusian State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management specialist, which they completed in 2017.
