Adam Wills

Adam Wills has worked in sales management since 2003. Adam began their career as Sales Manager at Redmond/Williams, then moved to Rheem Canada in 2012 as Canadian General Sales Manager, HVAC & Customer Support. In 2020, they joined Navien, Inc. as Canada National Sales Manager.

Adam Wills has a diverse educational background. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Athabasca University, as well as a Post Baccalaureate in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. Adam has also attended Disney Institute, McMaster University (Business/Statistics), Mohawk College (Radio Broadcasting), and Schulich School of Business - York University (Executive Education Certificate Programs). Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Executive Influence, How to Have Fewer, Better Meetings, Accessing Your Brain’s Hidden Potential, and Cultivating a Growth Mindset.
