Ernie Lee

Ernie Lee has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Ernie began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by a Project Assistant, Air Management role at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. In 2004, they took on the role of R&D Engineer at Pentair Water, and then moved on to Product Manager - Lifecare Products at Regal Ware, Inc. in 2006. In 2008, they were hired as a Principal Engineer at A. O. Smith Corporation and later became a Product Development Manager at KX Technologies in 2017. Most recently, Ernie Lee has held the roles of Product Manager at Navien, Inc. and Managing Director at August Brown, both since 2019.

Ernie Lee obtained a BS in Environmental Chemistry and Technology and Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998, an MS in Environmental Chemistry and Technology and Civil Engineering in 2000, and a PhD in Environmental Chemistry and Technology and Civil Engineering in 2004, all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ernie then went on to obtain an MBA from Marquette University between 2008 and 2013.
