Victor Reichstein

Victor Reichstein has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Victor began their career in 1982 as a Lead Mechanic at Dr Frigid Mechanical, eventually becoming Business Manager. In 2001, they joined Trane NY as an Outside Sales Representative, where they won four sales awards, including two consecutive years in the Million Dollar Club. In 2004, they moved to Emerson Climate Technologies, first as a Wholesale Distribution Salesperson and then as a Senior Territory Business Manager for the South Western Region. In 2014, Victor joined Nidec Motor Corporation as Western Business Development & Training, and in 2019 they became Western US Commercial Sales Manager at Navien, Inc.

Victor Reichstein obtained a Master's degree in Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University in May 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Adelphi University and an Associate in Science in Business and Personnel Management from Nassau Community College. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in Acting Decisively from LinkedIn.
