Dan Kecman

Dan Kecman has extensive work experience in corporate transactions, particularly in the legal field. Dan started working at Navient in 2018, initially as a Managing Director & Associate General Counsel in corporate transactions. In February 2021, they were promoted to Vice President & Associate General Counsel, still in the same department. Before joining Navient, they worked at Latham & Watkins as an Associate specializing in M&A from December 2009 to April 2018. Their expertise lies in legal matters related to corporate transactions.

Dan Kecman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Virginia Tech in 2002. Later, they attended the American University Washington College of Law and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in 2009.
