Jarrod Simpson

Jarrod Simpson is an experienced professional in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and workforce analytics, currently serving as Director of HRIS & Workforce Analytics at Navient since January 2014. With over 17 years in the field, Jarrod has led multiple system implementations and acquisitions, overseeing applications such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, ADP Payforce, and Kronos. Prior to Navient, Jarrod held various roles at Sallie Mae, including Senior HRIS Project Manager, where a significant contribution was made to the implementation of Workday HCM and the creation of extensive integration points. Jarrod's background includes project management, system administration, and the establishment of HR systems that enhance data integrity and operational efficiency. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from Morris Brown College.
