Penny Nasuti

Penny Nasuti is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic HR business partnerships. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Navient since March 2018, Penny leads talent acquisition efforts across multiple sites and manages recruiting strategies for various positions. Previously held the role of Senior Manager HR Business Partner at both Navient and Sallie Mae, where Penny provided innovative solutions for business challenges, workforce planning, and employee development. Early career experiences include roles as HR Generalist, Charge-Off Unit Manager, and Human Resources Manager, complemented by quality assurance and project management roles in the financial services sector. Penny holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Business-Finance, both from the University of Delaware.
