Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and teaching. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
