Elmar Peters

Elmar Peters has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Elmar has served as the CEO of Navigance GmbH since March 2019, where they focus on optimizing chemical processes and increasing productivity. Prior to that, Elmar was the CEO of 8Star GmbH from June 2016 to February 2019, and the CEO of eagle.i services GmbH from September 2012 to February 2019. Elmar also held the position of CFO and Chief Development Officer at United Navigation GmbH - BECKER and Falk from October 2006 to August 2012, and at Netwise AB from October 2001 to September 2006. Elmar started their career as the CEO of dolphin IT-Projects and Consulting from July 1995 to September 2001. Elmar began their professional journey as a Consultant at SerCon GmbH from November 1992 to June 1995.

Elmar Peters obtained their Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University, where they studied from 1986 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, they also received a certification in Leading Organisational Performance from the London Business School in September 2022.
