Teresa Daly is an accomplished consulting professional with extensive experience in executive transition and organizational performance. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Navigate Forward, Inc. since January 2008, Teresa has led a boutique consulting firm that assists over 250 clients annually with a dedicated team of senior-level consultants. Prior to this role, Teresa served as President of the Prouty Project from January 2006 to December 2007, focusing on strategic planning and organizational performance. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Right Management Consultants from March 1993 to February 2004, a renowned global firm in career transition and organizational consulting. Teresa holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in English & Speech Communication from Macalester College.
