Jeff Summer

Jeff Summer is a seasoned management consultant currently serving as a Partner at Navigate since December 2022, focusing on solving complex challenges for large organizations. Prior to Navigate, Jeff founded Talengin, where the focus was on enhancing organizational and talent capabilities from June 2009 to December 2022. Jeff has held various leadership roles in organization development across several companies, including serving as Organization Development Lead for Sukkean, a healthcare technology startup, and as a Consultant for Baker McKenzie, Progenics Pharmaceuticals, MassMutual, Namecheap, Korn Ferry, MetLife, and Peppercomm. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Seattle University, complemented by a minor in Social Research and Statistics.
