Melissa Dimitri

Melissa Dimitri currently serves as the Executive Advisor for the Women in Leadership Program at Valparaiso University since January 2024 and is a Managing Partner at Navigate since June 2022. With extensive experience in leadership and strategy, Melissa held various roles at Grant Thornton LLP from 2009 to 2022, culminating in managing director positions in growth and transformation. As the founder of Badon Hill, LLC, from 2008 to 2011, Melissa focused on high-end real estate development. Previous roles include Vice President at Mesirow Financial, and prior experience at KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen. Melissa earned a B.S. in Finance with high honors from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
