Emily Davis

Emily Davis has over 11 years of experience in product management, customer success, application software training, and design. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Product Management at Navigate360, where their roles include serving as a subject matter expert for product areas, collaborating with stakeholders to establish product strategy and define pricing models, and coordinating with the product development team to prioritize initiatives. In 2019, they were the Manager of Customer Success at NaviGate Prepared. From 2009 to 2019, they worked at OEConnection (OEC) in various roles, including Associate Manager of Customer Success, Team Lead of Application Software Trainer, Team Lead of Order Management, and Software Support Representative. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Owner and Designer of Say Bird Design, where they built a website for selling a line of hand-printed notecards and artwork, expanded into graphic design and custom art projects, and designed logos and marketing materials for various local clients.

Emily Davis obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art - Printmaking from The University of Akron between 2000 and 2006. Emily also attended Firestone High School from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Pragmatic Institute: PMC Level II in December 2022 and Business Strategy & Design in November 2022.
