Kenneth Thaxter

Kenneth Thaxter, MCJ, is an experienced security professional currently serving as the ALICE Active Shooter Response National Trainer at Navigate360 since February 2022. Thaxter's background includes roles as an Executive Protection Agent at Patriot Group Global, Inc. and a Senior Security Manager/Training Instructor at The Detail. Previous experience encompasses security positions with PINKERTON and The Madison Club, as well as a notable 20-year career with the West Bridgewater Police Department, where responsibilities included patrol operations, DARE instruction, and crisis negotiation. Thaxter holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.
