Jim Maxfield is an experienced pilot and instructor with a comprehensive background in aviation training and safety. Currently serving as an Instructor Pilot for Navigator Development Group Inc. since October 2016, Jim previously held the position of Simulator and Academic Pilot Instructor at Flight Safety International from August 2012 to October 2016. Jim's military career spanned two decades with the U.S. Army from 1992 to 2012, where responsibilities included Instructor Pilot and Safety Officer. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1986 and 1991.
