Len Claytor

Len Claytor is an experienced Senior Simulation Analyst at Navigator Development Group, Inc., since July 2001, specializing as an Air Traffic Control/Airspace Management Subject Matter Expert. With a robust background in the US Army, Claytor served as Command Sergeant Major from February 1994 to August 1999, where responsibilities included advising on personnel matters and operational missions for a forward deployed Aviation Brigade. Earlier roles in the Army included Corps Aviation Sergeant Major from August 1990 to January 1993, focusing on air traffic control policy and operations. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Human Resources, Personnel Management from Trinity International University and an Associate of Arts in Photography from Penn Foster Group. Claytor retired from government service in July 2015.
