Earl Jay Caoile has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Material Handler at FedEx Express. In 2009, they joined the US Army as an Analyst, where they served as a Squad Leader and Shift Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Database Developer for the State of Hawaii's Transformation Internship Program, where they collaborated with fellow graduate students to create a full stack web application. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Student Assistant at Hawaii Pacific University's Office of International Students and Scholars, where they provided assistance and processed paperwork for international students.
