Mily Ghildiyal

Mily Ghildiyal has a diverse professional background with experience in talent management, human resources, and consulting. Mily is currently the Head of Talent Management at Navikenz since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head HR at Sewa International from May 2021 to May 2022, where they were responsible for all HR activities, including policies, recruitment, and employee satisfaction. Mily also gained experience as a Professional Consultant at Birlasoft from June 2019 to June 2020 and as an HR Manager at Sewa International from January 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they worked as an Executive-HR at Birlasoft from May 2014 to February 2016, where they focused on competency calibration, training, and change management. Mily also has internship experience at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, where they worked on competency mapping, and at Remorphing, where they worked on succession planning. Mily began their career as an HR Consultant at Ginger Webs Pvt. Ltd from August 2011 to April 2012, where they were involved in campus recruitment and policy formulation. Additionally, they volunteered for an NGO from July 2008 to March 2012.

Mily Ghildiyal completed their B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Roorkee between 2007 and 2011. Mily then pursued a PGDM in General studies from Lal Bahadur Sashtri Institute of Management between 2012 and 2014. Prior to these higher education experiences, Mily attended Brightlands School, for which the start and end years and specific degree or field of study information are not provided.
