Peter Downes

Peter Downes has more than three decades of field and office experience in the construction industry. He joined Navillus in 1994, and has led the company’s Estimating Department for the past 20 years.

Peter has played an integral role in Navillus’s continued growth and expansion through the years, and has helped the company secure some of New York City’s most-prominent construction contracts. He has an excellent reputation for providing detailed pricing, budget analysis, and value engineering for the clients. Peter also possesses an exceptional ability to anticipate and adapt to changing market conditions — and owners and contractors often consult him during the design phases of their projects.
