Nivesh Mathur

Nivesh Mathur currently holds the position of Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. since April 2022. Previously, Nivesh served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at SRF Limited from October 2015 to March 2022, and as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at BILT from February 2011 to October 2015. Earlier in the career, Nivesh worked as an Executive in Human Resources at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd from April 2008 to January 2011. Nivesh holds an Executive Program in Labour Laws from XLRI - Xavier School of Management, completed in December 2020, a PGDM in Human Resource from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), earned in 2008, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Jagan Institute Of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini), completed in 2005.
